何謂TAM？其如何解釋使用者接不接受IS？

  • 科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model，TAM)，認為影響使用者接受電腦行為的外在變數，是透過“有用性的認知”(Perceived Usefulness)與“容易使用性的認知”(Perceived Ease of Use)，再透過其對使用態度與使用意圖的影響，然後產生使用行為。

    一、有用性的認知：
    對使用者而言，IS能否使他的工作更快、更容易完成、績效更高、生產力更高等。

    二、容易使用性的認知：
    對使用者而言，這個IS是否容易學、清楚易懂、容易操控、具彈性等。

    TAM說明使用者在使用IS之前，如果對IS的“有用性”及“容易使用性”產生很大的信心，則會樂意去接受。反之，則這個IS應重新檢討，因為根據TAM的預測，此IS不可能被接受。
